About Me

I am an Associate specialising in Employment law at Irwin Mitchell.

I give practical and commercial advice on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

This ranges from supporting start-ups and fast growth businesses to develop their employment documentation, through to more complex staff matters arising from issues such as business sales and purchases, outsourcing and reorganisations.

I also run a number of employment law update events. I've spoken at CIPD seminars, carried out training sessions for HR professionals and I host a quarterly HR Forum. I provide regular commentary on employment issues for the national press, and I have written articles for the CIPD and Employee Benefits websites.
